Payment Terms
It is practice policy that all accounts are settled in full on the day of your consultation.
Payments may be made by cash, cheque, EFTPOS and credit card (Mastercard and Visa card cards accepted). Upon payment of your account, our staff will lodge your claim with Medicare. Provided you have your bank details registered with Medicare, your rebate will be forwarded directly into your nominated bank account within four days. This will overcome the need for you to visit a Medicare office.
Cancellations
From time to time, circumstances arise whereby you are not able to keep an appointment. In this event, we ask that you cancel your appointment by calling our receptionists at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows other patients the opportunity to make an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a non-attendance fee of $35.00 for a standard or $50.00 for an extended consultation which will not be able to be claimed from Medicare.
