Seeking a Full-time Practice Manager for Eastern Shore Doctors

Eastern Shore Doctors are seeking a positive and energetic Practice Manager to provide the organisation with operational leadership and management.

·      Practice management experience and a comprehensive understanding of business operations in the healthcare industry.

·      Highly developed and proven communication and interpersonal skills. 

·      Demonstrated experience in leading, managing and mentoring teams.

·      A sense of urgency, compassion, professionalism and fairness.

·      Demonstrated administration skills aligned with the medical industry.

·      Proven multi-tasking, problem solving, negotiation and time management skills.

·      Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on the provision of a positive patient experience.

·      Competency in IT related to practice management and administration.

·      Experience of managing, implementing and evaluating change.
