Casual Medical Receptionists

We are seeking two Medical Receptionsts to join our Practice on a casual basis. Previous experience in a medical reception role is essential.

The reception staff members we seek will be energetic, outcomes orientated, hard working, well presented, flexible, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work in a team environment and have a patient- focused and confidential approach in carrying out the role.

Main duties include: managing patient appointments, providing information to patients, checking patient billings, managing recall lists, drafting correspondence, basic data entry and ability to fulfill day to day administrative tasks as required.

Knowledge of specialist medical software PracSoft and Medical Director would be an advantage. A basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word would also be useful.
