Dear patients and families,

At the half way point in 2021, it is a good time to pause and reflect on the ongoing situation that faces the world and the impact it has on patients, families and the community.

The practice continues to be extremely busy and it is important to us to provide high quality health care on an ongoing basis. The increased pressure on the practice from the COVID pandemic and with the administration of vaccines has been substantial. We are aware and apologise that the waits on the phones have been extended and at times it can be difficult to get through to the practice. 

We understand that your calls are important and please know our reception staff want to provide each caller with support and assistance. We ask that you help by taking a moment to remember this when the receptionist takes your call and be pleasant and respectful and allow them to assist in the best way they possibly can. 

We can all play a part in making this world we live in a kinder place in the face of all these challenges.
